We do not mark up ad spend and are not responsible for losses resulting from platform performance, policy changes, account suspensions, or algorithm updates.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all original materials, strategies, designs, content, and deliverables created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended business purposes. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Policy
All payments made for services are non refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Due to the nature of digital marketing services, time, strategy, and resources are allocated immediately upon payment. Refunds will not be issued for completed work, partially completed work, active retainers, or dissatisfaction with results.
Cancellation and Termination

For monthly retainers or subscriptions, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle. While we apply industry best practices and proven strategies, we do not guarantee specific results, including rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, algorithms, and client participation.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement unless disclosure is required by law or permitted in writing. This obligation survives termination of services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.
